[Pixeurope-wp7] PIXEurope – WP7 Monthly Meeting Agenda (Tuesday 20th)

Dear WP7 colleagues,

The next WP7 monthly coordination meeting will take place on Tuesday 20th at 11:00 CET (10:00 Irish time).

The aim of this meeting is to continue building a clear and shared understanding of how the WP7 tasks are structured, and to confirm that each task is actively progressing. At this stage, the focus is on task ownership, scope and readiness rather than detailed technical discussions.

For this meeting, we ask that each task leader gives a short update on their own task, including:


  *   a brief overview of the proposed subtask structure, building on discussions held before Christmas and the dedicated T7.1 meeting in early January,
  *   a short update on current status and immediate next steps, and
  *   where relevant, an update on equipment or facility status that underpins the task.

Where useful, task leaders may wish to gather brief inputs from the other partners involved in their task ahead of the meeting, so that the update reflects the overall progress and contributions across the task.

More detailed planning and technical discussions are expected to take place in task-level meetings organised separately by the task leads, as needed.

Proposed agenda:


  1.  Welcome and purpose of the meeting
  2.  Task-level updates from task leaders
  3.  Summary of actions and expectations
  4.  Any other business

The intention is for this to be a general coordination meeting across WP7, with task leaders driving the updates for their respective activities.
