Dear WP7 colleagues,

Thank you for joining the WP7 meeting earlier today.

The next WP7 monthly coordination meeting will take place on Tuesday 17th February 2026 at 10:00 Irish time / 11:00 CET.

In advance of the next meeting, we would ask partners to focus on the following actions:


  1.  Task leaders to organise breakout meetings for their respective tasks with the relevant partners, as required,
  2.  Use these meetings to propose and refine the subtask structure for each task, building on the current WP7 planning discussions
  3.  Ensure that any agreed updates or changes are captured ahead of the next WP7 coordination meeting.

The intention for the next WP7 meeting is for all task leaders (IMDEA, Tyndall, ICFO, UVIGO, TUE) to provide a short update on their tasks, covering progress to date and any refinements to task or subtask scope arising from these discussions.

More detailed planning and technical discussions should continue to take place within task-level meetings organised by the task leads, as appropriate.

If there are any questions, or if there are issues with availability for the next meeting, please let us know.
