Happy to be back on board and looking forward to the collaboration.
>From Amires side, the key contact person will be @Raphael Denneulin - AMIRES<mailto:Denneulin at amires.eu> and myself, please keep us both in the loop.

We have started working on the pending Deliverables and need to discuss a couple of points with you:

1/ PM handbooks: need to clarify some processes so we can describe them here. Drafts are attached but we can go over the open points together on a call - probably with the Management team. We have a good availability on Friday, potentially Wed afternoon. Feel free to propose a slot.
2/ DMP: I propose a structure based on Valerio's email, HE DMP is well advanced, one part needs discussion and working on DEP DMP now. Several key points to be clarified with @Valerio Pruneri<mailto:Valerio.Pruneri at icfo.eu> on a call. Please have a look at the structure and call when you are available.
3/ Overall project progress update and next steps to be discussed, probably with the MCT on a call. Can be part of the call regarding point 1/ or a separate call with a wider team, I will leave that up to you.
