Thank you for participating in this new forum on Photonic Chips at Photonics West.  We look forward to seeing you and hearing your 10-minute talk.  It would be most helpful if you sent us a short talk title at your earliest convenience to help Graham Reid prepare for his moderator role.

The day and time of the forum is Tuesday 2 February from 10:00 to 11:45. It will be held in the Exhibition Hall on the Industry Forum Stage (there will be signage to make it easy to find).
