[Pix-icfo-management] Response and follow up actions

Good morning teams

We are entering a phase in our research, development and operation effort that is crucial. On the one hand, there will be great opportunity if we leverage our privileged position (that we are all aware of). On the other hand, there is a risk if we do not execute properly.

Effective and timing execution is not sufficient to succeed - other ingredients are needed, e.g. innovation and funding, but it is necessary, that is, if we do not execute properly, it will be the end. I, myself, cannot continue remind actions that should have already been completed.

So, please, I encourage everyone to follow up properly the actions assigned and consider the fact that our work ecosystem is expanding. What we do or do not do timely affect other team members' work.

We are all responsible for the proper functioning of our initiatives, projects and team as a whole.
