[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope: Review meeting in Brussels, September 2026

Dear SC,
As discussed during our last Steering Committee meeting, we need to confirm the dates for the upcoming Review Meeting, which has been proposed by the Project Officer to take place in person in Brussels in September 2026.
Following discussions with the Project Officer, Huascar has informed us that the attendance of all WP Leaders will be mandatory and must be on-site in Brussels. In addition, any other participants whose presence is considered essential to properly explain the progress of the Pilot Line may also attend in person.
All other consortium partners will be able to join the meeting remotely (online).

Please note that the meeting will consist of:

1 day of on-site Rehearsal Meeting, followed by
  *
2 days of Review Meeting with the European Commission

In addition, we will also need to organise an online Rehearsal Meeting approximately two weeks before the Review Meeting, to align on content and ensure proper preparation.
For your reference, we attach a screenshot of the September 2026 events calendar with three possible options for the review, which we kindly ask you to consider when voting.
Given the relevance and urgency of confirming these dates and communicating them to the Project Officer, we would appreciate it if you could complete the form by Tuesday, 10 February, at the latest.
