[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope - 1st Steering Committee meeting

Chips JU insisted to advance a document justifying the proposal of substituting UC3M with IMDEA. Please find in in attachment.
Chips JU now says they would accept the change and ask for additional documents by end of next week.
I will prepare such documents and submit only after our meeting, provided we all agree to go ahead.
