[Pixeurope-mct] PIXEurope: Invitation to attend the Steering Committee Meeting - ICFO, Barcelona (18–19 November)

Dear MCT,
Following internal discussions within the Steering Committee, we would like to formally invite you to attend the upcoming in-person Steering Committee Meeting, which will take place at ICFO (Barcelona) on 18 and 19 February.
The Steering Committee feels like this would be a good opportunity to meet you in person and further support the coordination and effective implementation of the Pilot Line tasks. We will share an agenda for this meeting very shortly. In the meantime, please find a rough schedule below so you can make travel arrangements.
Provisional schedule:
Wednesday 18th
13:00-14:00 lunch
14:00-17:00 meeting
20:00 networking dinner
Thursday 19th
9:30-12:30 meeting
12:30 lunch and close
Should the majority of MCT members be able to participate in person, we would consider holding an in-person MCT meeting as well, thus replacing the MCT meeting initially planned in Helsinki on 23–24 March.
We apologise for the last minute change of plans. Upon careful consideration, we believe this is a better approach than meeting in Helsinki. We hope you can make it despite the short notice.
Please note that, to consider this an in-person MCT meeting, we require at least one member from each institution to be present - although participation through teams will also be possible. Please let us know if you are available to attend at your earliest convenience.
