[Pixeurope-mct] PIXEurope: MCT meeting 18 February - structure

Dear all,

As planned, we will hold an MCT meeting on Wednesday, 18 February, mainly focusing on Gateway, Data Management, and Open Access.
In order to ensure the meeting is as effective and productive as possible, I am writing to coordinate its structure. Please find attached the agenda for that morning. Based on the work carried out so far, we assume that the lead for each agenda point will be as follows:

D4.10 Real-time work-in-progress monitoring: Kevin Williams and Callum Littlejohns

Review of Gateway and Data Manager status: Valerio Pruneri. Please find attached the description of the position, so you have time to review it before the meeting
  *
Open Access: Alona and the TU/e team (we understand they will lead this part, although several topics are currently being addressed by different contributors)

The idea for this meeting is to keep it as an open space for discussion and coordination, without imposing a rigid structure. Of course, you are welcome to use any supporting material you may need, but please do not feel obliged to prepare slides or formal presentations.
