[Pixeurope-ga] PIXEurope: Amendments information session

Dear all,
Following the numerous questions we have received from partners regarding the procedures for submitting Amendments to the JPA, HE and DEP sections, the coordinating team at ICFO will organise an information session to clarify the process and the steps that should be followed.
The session will take place on Tuesday, 24 March at 11 am and will be open to all members of the consortium. We strongly encourage at least one representative from each partner organisation to attend. Feel free to forward the invite to people in your organisation who might be involved in the amendment process.
During this meeting, we will provide an overview of the procedures for the three types of Amendments and explain the recommended protocol to follow. After the session, we will circulate the presentation materials and the meeting minutes so that all partners have access to the information, including those who may not be able to attend.
Provisional agenda:

  *   11:00 -11:30: Overview of Amendments (JPA, HE and DEP) and explanation of the procedures to follow
  *   11:30 - 12:00: Open Q&A with partners

We will also remain available for an additional 30 minutes after the session for any partners who may still have specific questions.
