[Pixeurope-ga] PIXEurope Inputs needed for Chips Act 2

Dear Valerio: The CSIC has reviewed the contribution shown in the table 
and made minor modifications. We have also included potential companies 
with which we could establish collaborations in some of the fields 
mentioned.
