Hello,

Please find attached the revised version of the PIXEurope Consortium Agreement. Following multiple iterations, we now regard this as the near-final version, pending your final review. For your convenience, I have also attached a marked version highlighting the changes with respect to previous version.

One relevant change from the last version is that, as some of you already know, the partner UC3M will not finally join PIXEurope. IMDEA networks will replace UC3M in the consortium. IMDEA Networks is an independent public research center, located in the town of Leganés (Madrid), where UC3M is also located. IMDEA research is focused on the development of future networks, with activity in the physical and transport layers, with relevant developments in wireless communications research involving emerging wireless technologies such as extremely high frequency communications for 5G and wireless LANs and visible light communication. IMDEA is thus well positioned to lead the wireless demonstrator. Guillermo Carpintero (UC3M PI) is also collaborating with IMDEA, so he will still be participating in the project. Please note the steering committee has already approved IMDEA participation. Chips JU is also favourable.

Please review the documents and provide your feedback by August 10th. To avoid unnecessary revisions, proposed amendments should be limited to strictly necessary changes. Any comments should be included directly in the clean version of the document.

NOTE: To those who still need to complete their information: Please ensure you fill in all the yellow-highlighted fields related to your institution's details (name of the party, address, etc.) at the beginning of the document, as well as in Attachment 1 regarding the background section.
