Dear All,

As we are still at the edge of the summer season, many are still out of the office or have just returned. I received a few excuses. I suspect that even those who will join may not have made much progress over the last few weeks, including myself. With that I mind, I still didn’t want to cancel the today instance.   I propose to run today’s meeting in a relaxed mode, and perhaps cut it short if we deplete the topics:

  *   Welcome
  *   Round of introductions
  *   AoB: eg, any urgent items from the perspective of partners, shall we try to have a face-to-face for our WG at some point..

In behalf of the WP8 leader, I am setting up a recurring meeting to follow up on the activities of Work Package 8 - Test and Reliability. This meeting will take place every 4th Wednesday of the month, starting from the 23rd July, to review progress, discuss ongoing work, and address any technical or organizational matters related to WP8.
