Dear Padraic,
The idea is to organize one-on-one meetings with the WP7 partners to better understand their capabilities and needs regarding simulation and design tools. This will help us develop Task 7.1 more effectively.
I agree that using a poll is the best way to organize these meetings, so I am sharing a Doodle link for scheduling: https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/dyAGmXgd
We would appreciate it if each partner could indicate their availability.

Hi Jessica,



Just to clarify, are you proposing separate one-to-one meetings between IMDEA and each partner, or sessions organised per task group?



Either way may work, but coordinating via individual time slots over email might be a bit tricky. It could be simpler to use a shared poll or scheduling tool so everyone can indicate availability in one place.



Happy to follow whatever approach you prefer.
