Dear WP7 colleagues,

Happy New Year to everyone.

It looks like there may have been an issue with the calendar invitation for today's WP7 meeting at 16:00 CET, so I wanted to check whether you have received it.

The main focus of today's discussion will be Task 7.1, where Guiller will walk us through the proposed scope and initial subtask structure. It would be very helpful to have representation from the other WP7 tasks as well, so that we can begin to build a shared view of how the full work package is structured and how the different activities link together.

If you did not receive the calendar invite, please let me know and I will resend it. If attendance is an issue for several partners, we can look at rescheduling.

Dear WP7 partners,

Following our recent WP7 discussion, we would like to organise a meeting focused on T7.1 (Package Simulation and Design), with the aim of discussing how the design and modelling activities align with the other tasks across WP7.

I have included a Doodle poll here<https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/azlrr5yd> with proposed meeting options in the week starting 5th January. I would appreciate it if everyone could complete the poll by close of business tomorrow, so that we can finalise the meeting details before people begin to take holidays.
