Hi Jessica,

Just to clarify, are you proposing separate one-to-one meetings between IMDEA and each partner, or sessions organised per task group?

Either way may work, but coordinating via individual time slots over email might be a bit tricky. It could be simpler to use a shared poll or scheduling tool so everyone can indicate availability in one place.

Happy to follow whatever approach you prefer.
