[Pixeurope-wp7] PIXEurope WP7 monthly meetings

Dear WP7 partners,

We are proposing to cancel the WP7 monthly meeting scheduled for next week. Over the past two weeks, we have held meetings with several individual partners, so there are no major updates to discuss at this stage. In addition, a number of people have limited availability next week due to travel commitments.

We will plan to reconvene in November at the next scheduled meeting and will be in touch beforehand to gather updates on:


  1.  Packaging equipment status and timelines
  2.  Plans for reference PICs
  3.  Task leaders' plans and vision for each task

In behalf of the WP7 leader, I am setting up a recurring meeting to follow up on the activities of Work Package 7 - Packaging. This meeting will take place every 3rd Tuesday of the month, starting from the 16th September, to review progress, discuss ongoing work, and address any technical or organizational matters related to WP7.
