[Pixeurope-wp7] PIXEurope - Request for WP7 Task Contacts and Early Inputs for Interim Report

Dear WP7 partners,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to gather some information that will help us coordinate the next phase of WP7. As work progresses, it will be important that we know who the key contacts are within each organisation for the tasks you are involved in.

1. WP7 task contacts

For each task, we ask that you identify:


  *   The main person responsible for your organisation's contribution
  *   Any additional team members who should be included in task-level communication

For reference, the tasks, with lead partners and involved partners is as follows:


  *   T7.1 Package Simulation & Design (UC3M, TNI, ICFO, TU/e)
  *   T7.2 Package-Level Processes (TNI, ICFO, UVIGO, UC3M)
  *   T7.3 Wafer-Level Processes (TNI, ICFO, UC3M, IMEC)
  *   T7.4 Electro-Optical Interposers & Reference Chips (TNI, ICFO, UC3M, VTT, TU/e)
  *   T7.5 Packaging Materials (UVIGO, TNI, ICFO)
  *   T7.6 Packaging Design Rules & ADKs (TU/e, TNI, ICFO, UC3M, UVIGO)

2. Information for the interim report

Although some tasks officially begin in December, the interim report will require early input from WP7. I would appreciate if each task lead could share a short update on:


  1.  Any progress to date, including early work on equipment selection or planning
  2.  Initial priorities for the start of your task

To help with planning for the next WP7 meeting on the 16th of December, and to allow time to bring together the material for the interim report, which is due at the start of December, I would ask everyone to provide their inputs by Friday the 28th of November.
