Dear WP7 partners,

This is a short reminder about our upcoming WP7 meeting next week on Tuesday 16th December.

For the meeting, we plan to allocate around 5 to 7 minutes per task. Each task leader will be asked to give a short presentation using the structure outlined in the slides we shared, which you are free to adapt as you see fit. The focus should be on an initial breakdown of the task, early links with other tasks, and any key questions at this stage, rather than on finalising details.

For T7.6, Packaging Design Rules and ADKs, led by TUe, we propose skipping the presentation this time, as the task formally begins at M18. This will allow us to focus the discussion on tasks that are expected to start earlier in the project.

Please let us know if you have any comments or if anything needs clarification ahead of the meeting.

Thanks everyone.

Kind regards,

Padraic

Dear WP7 partners,

As we prepare for our next WP7 meeting next week (Tuesday 16th December), we would like to start building a clearer picture of how each task will take shape during the early stages of the project.

Our proposal is that each partner responsible for a task gives a short presentation outlining an initial breakdown of that task into a small number of subtasks. The aim is not to fix the structure permanently. It is simply to build a shared view of how the work may be organised, identify early connections between tasks and give us a basis for planning the wider WP. This approach should also help us trace how activities in each task contribute to the overall direction of WP7 as the pilot line develops.

For each task, it would be helpful if the task leader could summarise:

  * A first proposal for the key subtasks, kept at a generally high level at this stage.
  * How the task fits within the broader WP7 vision and where it links to other tasks.
  * Any open questions or uncertainties that will need attention during the early work.
  * What you expect will realistically begin in 2026, given the current schedules for equipment and facilities.

We will attach a short slide deck that outlines the template structure we propose using, with the breakdown for the tasks led by Tyndall included as examples. These are intended only for guidance, and each task leader should take whatever approach best reflects their work. You will find two slides allocated per task using the proposed structure.

Please let us know if you would like to discuss anything ahead of the meeting. We look forward to hearing your views and beginning to shape the plan together.

Thanks everyone.

Kind regards,

Padraic
