Dear All WP5 contributors,

Here are some instructions and news relating to WP5 Monolithic PIC platforms.

Inputs needed for deliverable D5.1
There is now the very first draft of D5.1 "Schedule for MPW runs in PIXEurope". You can start adding your inputs there already now. The deadline for submitting the deliverable is end of January 2026, but we could target to get all the inputs there by the end of December, so that we can together polish it in January and align the different inputs into a coherent plan with complementary offerings. The deliverable is in the WP5 channel in Teams and in a dedicated subfolder that was created under the standard folder "04. Deliverables". Similar subfolders were created for all WP5 deliverables that are due in the first 24 months. Let's discuss the deliverable structure and content in more detail in our monthly meeting.

WP5 monthly meetings
The main folder with an individual subfolder for each meeting was moved under the standard PIXEurope folder "02. Meetings". The same main folder structure is used in all WP channels. Old links to previous meetings don't work anymore, but you can find the slides easily from here:

All task leaders are expected to put there at least one slide to summarize the progress and future plans in the their task. This should be done every month before the meeting starts. If there are multiple partners contributing to a given task then the task leader should organize periodic (e.g. monthly) meetings for that task to plan the work in the task in more detail. Task leader is responsible for having the task summary slide(s) added to the slide set and presented in the meeting, but they can ask other partners to contribute to this. Also other partners are welcome to add there slides about their own progress, plans and potential challenges. There is a placeholder in the slide set for each task.
By default, every monthly meeting will include some general information about WP5 (given by me and/or Joaquin), task progress summaries, deliverable status check and place for "any other business". There can also be other timely topics if needed.
