Dear Alona,

Could you adjust question 6 as it is ambiguous on who arranges. I think we do not need to know the answer, but it is a useful reminder for colleagues to reserve a room. Maybe include a link for booking?

6.NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel booking to be arranged for Monday 27.04 for own payment
(we need to know how many people will take the hotel room, following Jolande)
