Dear WP4 design colleagues,

We would like to schedule a kick-off meeting for the work-package already within a few days. Please could you indicate your availability this week so that a meeting can be scheduled first thing Monday. You are welcome to forward this poll to a substitute if short notice scheduling is a challenge.

We will limit our discussions to the scope of Tasks 4.1 and 4.2 with the intention of detailing out Partner plans for Design Kits.

We will also decide on the timing for regular WP4 plenary discussions.
