[Pixeurope-wp3-dep-trainingandinteroperability] WP3 DEP – Separate Interoperability from Training, moving forward

Dear WP3-DEP Interoperability & Training group,

Thanks for your continued support and engagement in this work of PIXEurope since the start of the pilot line. As briefly discussed in our monthly meeting on 14th January 2026, we will proceed separating Interoperability from Training, and moving forward scheduling distinct meetings for partners involved in Interoperability and those involved in Training.

In practice this means:


  *   Consortium members involved in Training (“training partners”) will continue meeting on the 2nd Wednesday every month, at 11:00 CET / 10:00 IST/WET (mailing list: pixeurope-training at lists.icfo.es<mailto:pixeurope-training at lists.icfo.es>)
  *   The current meeting invites for the 2nd Wednesday of each month will be cancelled, and replaced with a new one to training partners only
  *   Interoperability will begin with regular meetings between WP leaders, followed by quarterly discussions with the broader teams. Meeting invites and further communication will follow later. A new mailing list for Interoperability will be created, and partners will be informed accordingly.
  *   The mailing list pixeurope-wp3-dep-trainingandinteroperability at lists.icfo.es<mailto:pixeurope-wp3-dep-trainingandinteroperability at lists.icfo.es> will no longer be used for communication and will be discontinued by the end of this month.
