Dear WP3 colleagues,

As discussed in the WP3 DEP OA meeting, we would like to schedule a two-day meeting (same‑day flights are possible) for a WP3 DEP Open Access Bootcamp
in Eindoven, the Netherlands.
The participation of all Partners is required, and we would greatly appreciate your presence.
Could you please indicate your availability by replying to this invitation?

Activities planned:
• End-user perspectives workshop – identifying what information is required per project output – two parallel sessions
• Partner offers – 5-minute pitches
• Operational flows – from gateway to contract and evaluation report
• Workshop on communicating the offer – formats and content from a supplier perspective
• Key performance indicators for e.g. readiness, responsiveness, satisfaction
