Dear WP3 DEP open access colleagues,

We would like to schedule a kick-off meeting for the open access task within a few days. Please could you indicate your availability this week so that a meeting can be scheduled first thing Monday. You are welcome to forward this poll to a substitute if short notice scheduling is a challenge.

We will limit our discussions to the scope of Tasks 3.3 with the intention of aligning on the role of Open Access Officers and detailing the current status of open access at partners.

We will also decide on the timing for regular WP3 open access discussions.
