[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope: Review meeting updates

Dear SC,
As you are aware, the upcoming Review Meeting will take place on 14-15 September in Brussels. During this meeting, we will present the progress of PIXEurope during its first year (from 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026) to the Project Officer and the reviewers.
To ensure a smooth and well-prepared Review Meeting, we will organise two rehearsal sessions in advance:
1. Online Rehearsal Meeting (July)
Considering that many participants may be unavailable in August due to the holiday period, we propose to hold the online rehearsal in July. To avoid excessively long sessions, the rehearsal will be split into three consecutive days, with two-hour meetings each day. Work Packages will be grouped as follows:

Day 1: Work Packages 1, 2, and 3 (DEP and HE)
  *
Day 2: Work Packages 4-6 (HE)
  *
Day 3: Work Packages 7-9 (HE)

Attendance will be mandatory for Work Package leaders and deputies during their respective session, and optional for the remaining sessions. We propose the following date options:

7-9 July
  *
14-16 July

The final dates will be selected during the SC meeting next Wednesday, based on availability.
2. In-person Rehearsal Meeting (Brussels)
As the Review Meeting will begin on Monday, 14 September, the in-person rehearsal will take place on Sunday, 13 September in the afternoon. Please take this into account when arranging your travel.
Further details, including the final and mandatory list of attendees for both the rehearsal sessions and the Review Meeting, will be provided during the SC meeting on Wednesday, 25 March.
