[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope: monthly meeting 28th January

Dear all,
Upon a few discussions with SC members, we have decided to hold an informal SC online meeting tomorrow for those of you who are free to attend.
Since our in-person meeting is approaching (18-19 February), we won't follow the usual structure with a review of all work packages. Instead, we will follow a more flexible approach with more time for questions and informal discussion.
We apologise for the short notice confirming the meeting and the late agenda.
Please let us know if you would like to include any additional items to the list below:
ICFO Project Management:

  *   Finalising plans for SC meeting in person 18-19 February
  *   General Assembly 20 May: aim, scope and agenda
  *   PIXEurope event 21 May: update of latest developments
  *   Chips JU in-person review meeting (Brussels, September 2026)

VTT:

  *   Status check for deliverables (including D5.1, which is due by end of January)
  *
Planning of the PIXEurope-part of the "Chips from the North event" 23-24 March in Finland

However, as you suggest, I agree to maintain if presence is guarantee from others.

Meanwhile, everyone can share info via email. Also on topics you mention (1st and 3nd of your points are yours ??)

As for 2nd point, I suggest that each WP leaders focus on the following during the SC meeting:

  *   Status of the WP progress wrt planning
  *   Critical aspects related to WP activities and related potential delays
  *   Interaction with other WPs
  *   Contribution to PDKs and Open Access from the WP

I do not have any preference whether to use slides or not for each WP session (update).

I don't think that the online meeting on 28 January is strictly necessary, but it still could be useful for three things:

  *   Status check for deliverables (including D5.1, which is due by end of January)
  *   Planning of the face-to-face meeting at ICFO, e.g. clarifying what to present by WP leaders
  *   Planning of the PIXEurope-part of the "Chips from the North event" 23-24 March in Finland

All of these can be alternatively handled by email if you prefer that.
