[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope: monthly meeting 28th January

Dear All,

I don't think that the online meeting on 28 January is strictly necessary, but it still could be useful for three things:

  *   Status check for deliverables (including D5.1, which is due by end of January)
  *   Planning of the face-to-face meeting at ICFO, e.g. clarifying what to present by WP leaders
  *   Planning of the PIXEurope-part of the "Chips from the North event" 23-24 March in Finland

All of these can be alternatively handled by email if you prefer that.

I am writing regarding our next monthly meeting, currently scheduled for Wednesday, 28 January at 10:00 a.m.
As there is an in-person meeting scheduled for 18-19 February, we were wondering whether you consider both meetings are necessary or if you would like to cancel the online meeting.
>From ICFO's side, the main updates we would share are related to the ongoing and submitted Deliverables.
Finally, we would also like to take this opportunity to remind you to fill the attendance form if you're attending the in-person SC meeting, so we can go ahead with lunch and dinner reservations (Steering Committee Meeting in person - Fill out form<https://forms.office.com/e/CQb3vrxaE9>). You can also find the draft agenda attached. Please note that we remain open to any comments or suggestions regarding the agenda.
