[Pixeurope-sc] Pixeurope: proposal for InP PIC paper

Dear colleagues,

I have been asked to submit an invited journal paper on InP PIC foundry technology. As this topic is to be covered in PIXEurope, I would like to be transparent with our thinking and plan.

PIXEurope is not in a position to share project results on InP PIC foundry technology, so we propose to prepare a paper based on two recently completed InP PIC Pilot Line projects InPulse (JePPIX Pilot Line) and OIP4NWE along with colleagues from those earlier projects.

PIXEurope offers a very nice future perspective for such a paper, so I would like to include a short outlook of a couple of paragraphs as well. I can make this part of the paper available for the PIXEurope review process.

If you have any observations or concerns, please do let me know by Friday 5 September.
