[Pixeurope-sc] Important information about in-person meetings

Apologies for the multiple emails.
I've been made aware that there was some information missing in my previous email:


  *
The End-User and Ecosystem Day has been postponed and it won't happen in February nor March 2026. We're working to confirm a date as soon as possible.
  *
The General Assembly will likely happen the day before the event.
  *
If possible, we might combine the GA and End-User and Ecosystem Day with the second SC meeting on the same week around June 2026.

Kind reminder to let us know if the proposed date for the first in-person meeting (18 February) no longer works for you. Please let me know before the end of next week and I will send a calendar holder.

Subject: Important information about in-person meetings

Dear Stirring Committee,

As you may be aware, the PIXEurope SC must meet in person twice a year.
We propose Thursday 18 February, in Barcelona for the first in-person meeting. We asked for your availability for this date to organise the End-User and Ecosystem Day, so I hope it still works for you.  Let me know if this is no longer the case.
Moving forward, and to give as much notice as possible, we suggest holding these meetings in January and June each year (General Assemblies would be held together with the June SC meeting to minimise travel). Please let me know if this seems reasonable or if other months would work better around teaching commitments or school holidays.
We’d also like to invite partners to host future SC meetings or General Assemblies. While these will remain chaired by the Coordinator (ICFO), we’d be happy to rotate locations to reflect the decentralised nature of the Pilot Line.
Lastly, I would like to inform you that the first in-person Management and Coordination Team meeting will take place during SEMICON Europa later this month, and future dates will be set then. You are not required for these meetings but we will keep you informed.
