[Pixeurope-sc] PIXEurope Project - 1st Steering Committee Meeting: July 30th at 10:00 AM

Dear all,

Following the voting results, we have scheduled the 1st Steering Committee meeting for July 30th at 10:00 AM. You will receive a calendar invitation with the meeting link shortly.

Agenda:

  *   Replacement of UC3M in the Consortium:

As you know, UC3M (led by Guillermo Carpintero) has withdrawn from the project for legal reasons.

A new partner, IMDEA, has been proposed to replace UC3M. Guillermo will remain engaged through IMDEA.  Valerio has talked to several of you and it was decided to offer the possibility to IMDEA to introduce themselves and ask them questions. IMDEA prepared the presentation on attachment to explain why they are suitable to take on UC3M’s activities. Please review IMDEA’s presentation in advance and come prepared with any questions.


  *   Progress Updates per Work Package (WP Leaders):

After IMDEA’s presentation, we will proceed with the second part of the meeting to review the progress of each WP, as explained by the respective WP Leaders.
