[Pixeurope-sc] Important information about in-person meetings

Dear Marina, Steering committee,
Together with the TU/e, we would like to volunteer to host the GA (and the SC) in June 2027.
This will be very close to the opening of our new facility for the 6" InP-line and we would be proud to show the new building to the consortium and of course to celebrate this milestone together.
We can discuss in the next SC if that fits with the planning of the GA's.

Dear Steering Committee,

As you may be aware, the PIXEurope SC must meet in person twice a year.
We propose Thursday 18 February, in Barcelona for the first in-person meeting. We asked for your availability for this date to organise the End-User and Ecosystem Day, so I hope it still works for you.  Let me know if this is no longer the case.
Moving forward, and to give as much notice as possible, we suggest holding these meetings in January and June each year (General Assemblies would be held together with the June SC meeting to minimise travel). Please let me know if this seems reasonable or if other months would work better around teaching commitments or school holidays.
We'd also like to invite partners to host future SC meetings or General Assemblies. While these will remain chaired by the Coordinator (ICFO), we'd be happy to rotate locations to reflect the decentralised nature of the Pilot Line.
Lastly, I would like to inform you that the first in-person Management and Coordination Team meeting will take place during SEMICON Europa later this month, and future dates will be set then. You are not required for these meetings but we will keep you informed.
