[Pixeurope-sc] Change in CEA-LETI project management

Dear Coordinator and partners,

Please note that the project manager for PIXEurope here at CEA-Leti will be changed.

I would like to thanks Stéphane for his dedication during the start of the project, whom has been called for other missions.

A new project manager will be identified as soon as possible.
In the meantime, starting now, please address your demands to myself, or the other contact points as listed for each WPs.
