Hi Liz,

The slides will be validated with Peter on Monday.

We thought it would be a good idea to run them through the whole MCT to ensure we're all fully aware of what's going to be presented and the status of services that are going to be offered after the event.

I don't expect you and Joao to present the slides, but you are the ones leading the services in Peter's presentation, and that's why you own that task. If there were any changes on Tuesday as a result of this review, we would appreciate if you could update Peter.

In summary, there's no need for you to present the slides, it's not a rehearsal in that sense, we're just reviewing them together.

Thanks for sharing the agenda for the MCT meeting next week. Would you mind please to explain the first agenda point ‘Revision of PIXEurope Connect slides’? The way I understand this – though I might be mistaken – is that we are going through all slides for the 21st May, to make sure these are aligned for the event.

If that’s the case, I’m not sure if this would be appropriate for training and equipment/infrastructure as neither Joao nor I are presenting those slides. I think it’s fine for the MCT to check the slides, however in my view any changes/proposed changes should be discussed with the person presenting the slides directly.



However, I may be misunderstanding the purpose of this session, and I’d appreciate your clarification.

I wanted to follow up on the discussion during the last meeting regarding the agenda for the in-person meeting on 19 May.



Following internal discussions with Valerio, we propose structuring the meeting around two main areas:



  1.  Alignment ahead of the GA and PIXeurope Connect (e.g. Open Access Services, Gateway, Collaboration Agreement, IP and cost models...)



  1.  Critical points affecting Pilot Line operations moving forward



As mentioned before, I would like us shape the agenda collaboratively to make the meeting as productive as possible. For this reason, rather than circulating a draft agenda at this stage, I would appreciate everyone's inputs on the points below:



  *   Main challenges in your area of management or affecting the Pilot Line as a whole so far

  *   Critical points affecting operations, or which may affect them in the future

  *   Information you would like to share with the wider team (and how long you will need)

  *   Information you would like to obtain from other managers

  *   Any additional issues you believe we should discuss as a team



There is no need to respond to every point, but I would appreciate some input from everyone. Once we gather these contributions, Ana and I will structure the agenda accordingly and circulate it.
