The agenda is a bit different than usual, as we are prioritising discussion and identification of crucial points that need to be addressed as a team. I would appreciate if you could read through it carefully and come prepared.

There's also some time to reflect on the first year of the PL and plan the months ahead.

If you have any questions or feedback on the agenda, I'm happy to have a chat whenever needed.

Please note that Torre Glòries has restricted access. Head to the main reception and we will be waiting for you downstairs. If you can't find us, just give your name and they will let you in to waint on the ground floor until someone from ICFO arrives.

Dear MCT,

I wanted to follow up on the discussion during the last meeting regarding the agenda for the in-person meeting on 19 May.

Following internal discussions with Valerio, we propose structuring the meeting around two main areas:


  1.
Alignment ahead of the GA and PIXeurope Connect (e.g. Open Access Services, Gateway, Collaboration Agreement, IP and cost models...)

  2.
Critical points affecting Pilot Line operations moving forward

As mentioned before, I would like us shape the agenda collaboratively to make the meeting as productive as possible. For this reason, rather than circulating a draft agenda at this stage, I would appreciate everyone's inputs on the points below:


  *
Main challenges in your area of management or affecting the Pilot Line as a whole so far
  *
Critical points affecting operations, or which may affect them in the future
  *
Information you would like to share with the wider team (and how long you will need)
  *
Information you would like to obtain from other managers
  *
Any additional issues you believe we should discuss as a team

There is no need to respond to every point, but I would appreciate some input from everyone. Once we gather these contributions, Ana and I will structure the agenda accordingly and circulate it.
