[Pixeurope-mct] PIXEurope: Amendment to JPA updates

Dear all,
As some partners have recently initiated an amendment process for the JPA, the Project Officer has shared the following template related to Annex III. Whenever you wish to initiate an amendment, please complete this document and submit it to the PO.

I am also including below a set of considerations provided by the PO, which should be taken into account:

  *
Please use the attached equipment list, which amends Annex III of the JPA. The initial equipment costs (from the original JPA) are retained to preserve the basis for classifying items as crucial or non-crucial. While price changes may affect thresholds, the original classification (crucial/non crucial) must remain unchanged. In addition, please update the sheet with the most recent information (either estimated or actual costs, depending on the procurement status). This table will become Annex I of the amendment request you will send by email once I approve the sheet.



  *   A key requirement in this sheet is to ensure a balanced distribution of EU and national funding, not only in the overall totals but also within the categories of crucial and non-crucial equipment. In particular, the total funding for non-crucial and for crucial equipment separately must be exactly 50% EU and 50% national. Please refer to the original funding shares: some items are funded entirely by the EU or by national sources to simplify the involvement of Chips JU in procurement procedures, while others are adjusted to a different rate to achieve the overall 50/50 balance.
