Hi All

Chips JU is telling us:


  *
We should expect 3 to 4 review meetings during the Pilot Line (up to 2030).
  *
Each meeting will include both HE and DEP and should last 1.5 days with reviewers and Chips JU (we should add time for internal rehearsal before the meeting with reviewers).
  *
Meetings will be held in Brussels and days need to be booked well in advance.

First meeting should be within 2 months after year 1. Given the summer holiday period, PO is proposing September 2026. Exceptionally we could extend to beginning of October 2026.

Chips JU will also send us a list of potential reviewers and ask for feedback on potential CoI.

Ana, can you please make a doodle with SC+MCT and partners of GA not included in order to propose PO several date options?
