This is a kind reminder regarding the Excel template shared last week to collect the tasks for which you would like to receive support from AMIRES.
If you have not done so yet, we would kindly ask you to complete your input in the document by Tuesday, 17 February, as we plan to present the consolidated version to AMIRES during tomorrow's meeting.

Dear MCT,

Following the recent incorporation of AMIRES into the project, we would like to start coordinating our collaboration with them and define how they can best support the work of the consortium.

To this end, we have prepared an Excel template where each MCT member is kindly requested to include the tasks for which they would like to receive support from AMIRES. The document is structured by WP, WP tasks, the responsible manager, and the corresponding relation with AMIRES.

You will see that ICFO has already started filling in part of the document, which can be used as an example.

Please note that, in order to prepare this input, you should use the AMIRES offer as a reference and include only those tasks for which AMIRES has explicitly offered support/services.

Our intention is to present the consolidated Excel document to AMIRES during next week’s meeting. Therefore, we would kindly ask you to complete your contributions by Tuesday, 17 February.
