[Pixeurope-mct] PIXEurope: customer journey for Gateway Phase 1

Dear all,

As promised during our last meeting, I am sharing a high-level overview of the customer journey per service. Valerio has just informed us (in a separate conversation) that the IP service will not be advertised as a standalone service, so this has been removed from the overview.
Regarding prototyping, a dedicated meeting is already scheduled to further clarify the scope of this service and its readiness.

At this stage, the objective is not to have the full customer journey perfectly defined. Rather, the aim is to:

  *   clarify which parts of the journey need to be in place for the launch event, and
  *   ensure that we trigger the necessary actions to get there.

Given that the eligibility check will be a lengthy process, we will still have several months to further refine PIXEurope operations, the ToC, and related aspects.

I would kindly ask you to review the file by Thursday and share your feedback by replying to this email, in particular if anything is missing or incorrect. I will then follow up with the relevant people to implement the identified action points.
