[Pixeurope-mct] Support needed - Public Promotion of PIXEurope Connect (21 May 2026)

Dear all,

I would like to inform you that we are starting the public promotion of PIXEurope Connect – Industry Ecosystem Building Day, taking place on 21 May 2026 in Barcelona.

Over the past weeks, the PIXEurope team has implemented a tiered and sequenced communication strategy to ensure a structured rollout of invitations, prioritising key stakeholders while maintaining coherence across channels.

To summarise the approach:

  *   Group 1 – Priority companies & key ecosystem actors: First wave of invitations sent to strategically relevant companies and selected RTO/ecosystem partners. (Early March)
  *   Group 2 – Additional priority stakeholders: Second wave reaching important but non‑critical participants. (Mid March)
  *   Group 3 – Sensitive stakeholders: High‑visibility or sensitive profiles contacted directly by ICFO’s Executive Team or Valerio. (End of March)
  *   Institutional stakeholders: Ministries, regional authorities, Chips JU, and the European Commission invited through protocol‑appropriate communication. (Throughout March)
  *   Wider ecosystem: Public promotion via social media with a “register your interest” link. Interested parties will be able to submit their details through this form; only selected participants will subsequently receive the official registration link.

     *   LinkedIn Post scheduled for tomorrow 9am.
     *   Sharing with multipliers for dissemination, such as industry associations and clusters (e.g. aCCCess, Eposs, Inside, Aeneas, EPIC, Optica, Photonics 21, etc.)

To date, we count with 136 registrations: 49 industry representatives, 8 industry associations/innovation hubs/technology platforms/clusters, 10 public entity representatives, 63 university/RTO representatives (including many of you), and 6 others such as VCs. We are currently finalising protocol confirmation for several high‑level institutional speakers, whose participation will be officially announced through PIXEurope channels once validated – as well as further speakers and panelists from the end-user panels.

Your support needed:
We kindly ask all partners for support in amplifying the announcement across your networks to help us maximise the outreach within our ecosystem. We’ll therefore share this call for support with all PIs and WP2 & Communication representatives of partner entities for dissemination.
