As discussed in the previous meeting, and considering ongoing discussions on several critical topics affecting the team transversally, next week's meeting will follow a different format than usual. Please allow 90 min for the meeting if you can.

As always, please let us know if you'd like to add any additional points to the agenda or if you have any comments:


  1.  Alona -> summary and outcomes of in-person bootcamp. Next actions.

  1.  Sergi/Noelia -> progress towards IP and price models

  1.  Marika -> progress towards gateway version 1 (with inputs from Sabine)

Other topics if time allows:

- Katia -> share previous experience with EuroCDP review meeting
- Liz -> updates on training
- Padraic -> progress towards deliverable and distribution of tasks. Deadlines.
- Ana/Joao -> amendments and equipment
- Sabine -> update on PIXEurope Connect and organisation of panels
