Rather than starting from the list, I would ask to confirm preliminary end-users, that have a real interest, shown recently.
I would also tell them we are preparing an entry form that will be share, as soon as Chips JU gives us feedback.

Hi Valerio, all,

I propose creating a Microsoft List on Teams/Sharepoint.
I'd be happy to coordinate this.

We can start with the list of companies which offered letters of support and go from there.
Concerning the shared mailbox, this should be easy enough to set up, if we need one.

Hello All

  *   ONLY for internal matters, I would create an email address to which all of us have access. ONLY PIXEurope's partners should use such email. NOT external users.
  *   We should also think oi a way to collect a preliminary list of end-users who have expressed real and corroborated interest in the Pilot Line, either for collaborative projects, training, equipment usage, consultancy or prototyping. I would send an email to ALL PIXEuroepe and ask each partner to provide a list. This is also preliminary to the entry form that hopefully approve soon.
