Here is the preliminary agenda for SEMICON (November, 18-20, Munich). You will find a series of conferences that we have selected and that may be of interest to you. In addition, we have chosen to hold the Social Dinner on Tuesday 18th. Please confirm whether this is convenient for you or if you would prefer to have it on Wednesday.
