I’m pleased to share with you the final design for the Chips JU stand at SEMICON Europa, which will feature an open layout with shared space for all invited participants.

A few practical reminders:

  *   Each participating entity will need to ship their parcels individually directly to the event venue (more details on the shipping process will follow). If you are planning to bring gadgets, brochures, or other promotional materials, please take this into account when preparing your shipment.
  *   You are welcome to bring your own videos to display at the booth. There will be two large screens available for all participants to share their content.
  *   To ensure smooth coordination, please send your videos as soon as you can to if you haven’t done so yet (you may also bring a copy on site as a backup)

Thank you once again for your participation in our SEMICON Europa 2025 coordination meeting yesterday! It was a pleasure to share the key information and updates with you.

For those who were unable to attend, here is a brief summary of the key points discussed:

  *   We will have 6x8m space with a 6m decorated wall

  *   Two large TV screens will be available
  *   Each participating entity should ensure constant representation at the booth
  *   You are encouraged to bring your own printed materials (e.g., brochures and other giveaways)
  *   Logos and slogans, if applicable, are due by mid-July (send to communication at chips-ju.europa.eu<mailto:communication at chips-ju.europa.eu>)
  *   Optional short video content (not corporate videos should be used) is due by end of September

As promised, I’ve also done a search regarding possible hotel options. Hotels close to venue:

  *   Ramada Encore by Wyndham Munich Messe

Additionally, U‑Bahn Line U2 (stations Messestadt West/East) runs directly to the exhibition centre, so it’s a good idea to look for accommodation around that line. There are a lot of options around either Munich Hauptbahnhof or Sendlinger Tor. The metro ride from these stations will take approximately 25-30min. Below some options:
