Hi Alona, Ishita, Katia, Liz (+ Valerio),

Would it make sense for us to meet in early January to discuss what is required and how best to approach this? I have access to the PIXAPP DMP deliverables, but I was not involved in drafting them, so I am not fully clear on what can be reused or adapted. A joint discussion may be the most efficient way to clarify expectations and next steps.

I will send out a Doodle poll in early January to find a suitable time. In the meantime, I hope you all have a very happy Christmas and a good break.

Hi Alona, Ishita, Katia, Liz and Padraic

In our last MCT call I mentioned this deliverable which is due mid January.

The DMP will have to cover JP, R&D&E (HE) and Open Access (DEP) activities. DMP has to describe what types of data are expected and how we will store and manage them.


  *   Noelia and CSIC (Carlos, Pau and Joao) are preparing a description for the JP part, also considering the Baco software for managing equipment procurement, installation, use, downtimes, etc.....


  *   Ana and Marina  will prepare a description for the R&D&E, seeting-up and development, of HE, based on the used of shared folders and Mirosoft tools.


  *   Can you prepare one for the Open Access and Services activities? By adapting JePPIX and PIXAPP.

These are inputs that will be then put together to form the basis of the deliverable.

ICFO also plans to hire a Data and Gateway Manager who will be responsible for the storage and management of the data, in collaboration with all the other partners. This person will also be responsible to coordinate the setting up to the centralised system with proper software that can be an evolution of that is currently in use in difefrent locations (CSIC, TU/e, TIN and ICFO).
