[Pixeurope-mct] Open Access Services meeting

Hi All
Our PO called:

  *   They had internal Chips JU meeting on Collaborative R&D Projects and like the idea. They are now liaising with the Commission.
  *   They would need from us:
     *   Number of Collaborative R&D Projects foreseen. As a guideline they should exceed the Open Access Services. In other words: End-Users>>External Collaborators
     *   It would help them to get a first guideline of agreement template that partners and external collaborators involved in the Collaborative R&D Project should sign. This may vary from case to case but the substance should not. They want to make sure that IP rules of GA are complied. To understand their chief legal suggested to include the External Collaborators as Associated Partners. By default, Associated Partners comply with GA rules (IP included). One issue of enrolling them as associated partners is that this would need a significant number of amendments......workload for them....
We talk later how to provide what they require to make faster progress.
