If another member of the teams picks it up not, it would take more time to get up to speed with the agreement than asking the person who has reviewed it previously would. This will be highlighted as priority, but we would appreciate it if we could have a couple of more days to get back to you.

Following extensive discussions with several parties, we are pleased to inform you that an agreement has been reached on the wording of version 4 of the Consortium Agreement.

Please find attached the new version of the agreement, which we consider to be the final version. Given the urgency of proceeding with the signature of this agreement, as some partners have not yet been able to initiate their procurement processes pending its formalization, we kindly ask you to review it within the next few days to identify any minor comments or possible errors. Please ensure that this email reaches the appropriate contacts within your institution.



Unless we receive any objections during this week, we will consider version 4 as approved and, on Tuesday, 19 May, we will circulate the PDF version ready for signature.



IMPORTANT! Partners who have not yet sent their entity details (fields marked in yellow on pages 3-5 and page 82) and their background information (Attachment 1) are kindly requested to send them during this week.
