[Pixeurope-ga] Reminder: PIXEurope: Opening of Amendment Period – Grant Agreements (HE & DEP)

Dear all,
We would like to kindly remind you that the amendment period for the PIXEurope Grant Agreements under the HE and DEP programmes is currently open.
In light of the numerous questions received and the upcoming information session scheduled for 24 March, we have decided to extend the deadline for submitting amendment requests until Friday, 27 March.
We would like to take this opportunity to emphasise that all amendment proposals must be submitted following the format outlined in our previous communication. Please ensure that your request is sent in a Word document and includes:

  *
A clear description of the proposed change
  *
The programme, section and page of the Grant Agreement where the modification applies
  *
A detailed justification of the reason for the change

Please send your requests to Valerio, Marina and myself before the updated deadline.
As a reminder, requests that are not submitted within this amendment period will need to wait until the next one, except in duly justified exceptional cases.
Should you have any questions, we remain at your disposal, and we also encourage you to attend the information session on 24 March, where we will address this process in detail.

Dear all,
We would like to inform you that we are now opening the first amendment period of the year for the PIXEurope Grant Agreements under both the HE and DEP programmes.
As previously announced, two amendment periods of this type will be organised annually: one in March (which we are now launching) and a second one in October. Please note that any changes not submitted during the current period will need to wait until the next amendment period, and so on. This does not apply to duly justified exceptional cases, which will be assessed separately.
Should your organization wish to request an amendment, please send us the following information by Friday 20 March:

  *   A clear description of the proposed change
  *   The programme, section and page of the Grant Agreement where the modification applies
  *   A detailed justification of the reason for the change. Please note that the justification is particularly important, as it will be presented to the Project Officer for approval.

Kindly send this information in a Word document to Valerio, Marina and myself before the above-mentioned deadline. Once all requests have been collected, we will initiate the amendment procedure through the ECAS Portal.
Regarding amendments to the JPA, we are still awaiting further guidance from the Project Officer. As soon as we receive additional information, we will inform you so that this process can also begin.
