[Pixeurope-ga] Associated Partner (AP)

Dear colleagues at PIXEurope, Happy New Year to you all!

On the subject of APs, our position is similar to that expressed by 
Peter. At this time, we do not see it as possible to collaborate with an 
external party until we have developed the technology to a minimum level 
that could be of interest to a partner of this type.
