[Pixeurope-ga] PIXEurope: SharePoint and Mailing list updates

Dear PIXEurope members,

During these weeks, the ICFO team has been working on both Sharepoint<https://icfo.sharepoint.com/sites/PIXEurope/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx> and mailing lists and here are the most relevant developments.

First of all, in Sharepoint we have created a folder for each WP<https://icfo.sharepoint.com/sites/PIXEurope/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx> also divided in different folders. @WP Leaders feel free to use these folders as you see fit for the organisation of your Work Packages.
Regarding the mailing lists, here you have a table with the information of each one:

Last but not least, you can use these mailing lists to contact the members of each WP, or also the different channels of the TEAMS channel<https://teams.microsoft.com/l/team/19%3AM5zfWmGWPF3dHrFfZ6u1Ov5HfBy6QIJk5VIUGtPq-5s1%40thread.tacv2/conversations?groupId=07c6eb92-ed11-4527-8277-fcf3686f0037&tenantId=f78a768a-22ae-4432-9eb4-55ce4b73c8c3> (structure attached in the picture). The teams channels are the preferred option for important and more general communications in each WP, so the messages are recorded, archived and accessible to the whole consortium.
The TEAMS channels are open to all the PIXEurope members, except the ones dedicated to the coordination and management (Management and Coordination Team channel, Steering Committee channel and Open Access Team channel).
